ORDER Defendants and counterclaim plaintiff's motion to dismiss appeal is allowed in part and denied in part as follows. Pursuant to N.C. R. App. 3(d), the motion is allowed as to all issues arising from the trial court's 18 February 2022 order of summary judgment. The motion is denied as to all issues arising from the trial court's 2 June 2022 permanent injunction and final judgment order and denied as to all issues arising from the trial court's 2 June 2022 order on motion for award of costs.
