ORDER

The Court REINSTATES the appeal.

On August 29, 2017, we ordered the trial court to make findings as to why appellant's brief had not been filed. Following our August 29, 2017 order, we received appellant's brief along with a motion asking us to extend the time to file the brief. Therefore, in the interest of expediting the appeal, we VACATE the August 29, 2017 order requiring findings.

We GRANT appellant's August 29, 2017 motion and ORDER appellant's brief filed as of the date of this order.

The State's brief is due THIRTY DAYS from the date of this order.
