This case for the redetermination of a deficiency, set for trial during the Dallas, Texas, trial session scheduled to begin on October 30, 2023, is before the Court on respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution, filed September 29, 2023. A hearing was conducted on respondent's motion in Dallas, Texas, on October 30, 2023. Petitioners and counsel for respondent appeared and were heard.

Premises considered, and for cause set forth more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that this case is continued, with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further ORDERED that respondent's motion is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that not later than December 29, 2023, the parties, jointly or separately, report in writing as to the status of the case, unless a proposed stipulated decision is submitted sooner.
