Opinion
No. 94-1833.

An appeal from an order of the Judge of Compensation Claims; William Johnson, Judge.
L. Barry Keyfetz, Miami, for appellant.
Phillip D. Blackmon, Pyszka, Kessler, Massey, Weldon, Catri, Holton Douberley, Miami, for appellees.
Appellant has moved to expedite this appeal. Appellee concurs stating that it was error for the lower tribunal to dismiss the petition under the particular facts. We elect to treat appellee's response as a confession of error. The final order is reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
REVERSED AND REMANDED.
