ORDER

Peter J. Panuthos, Special Trial Judge

On February 24, 2021, a petition was filed in this case. By Notice dated January 10, 2022, this case is calendared for trial at the Court's San Francisco, California trial session commencing on April 18, 2022. On January 26, 2022 petitioners filed a document titled "Letter dated January 23, 2022 for Petitioners" advising that they have resolved the matter with the IRS' Office of Appeals. The appropriate procedure to resolve this case, on or before trial, is for the parties (petitioners and respondent's counsel, Charles Wiseman - (916) 974-5715)) to communicate with each other and submit appropriate documents to conclude this matter.

Premises considered, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before March 31, 2022, communicate and submit to the Court settlement documents or status report(s) (joint or separate) advising the Court as to the then present status of this matter.
