ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO STAY OR DISMISS AND STAYING CASE


This matter is before the court on Defendant's Motion to Dismiss or to Stay while the case is in arbitration. This case is referred to arbitration by separate order. It is therefore

ORDERED that Defendant's Motion to Dismiss or to Stay is GRANTED and this case is STAYED pending arbitration. It is further

ORDERED that the above captioned case filed be administratively closed and removed from the list of active pending cases until said matter is resolved. The case may be reopened upon motion of any party. It is further

ORDERED that Counsel for the parties shall notify the court within ten days of any action that resolves the reason for the stay or would otherwise be grounds for the termination of the stay or for the re-opening of the case.
