AND NOW, this 18th day of November 2024, in accordance with the accompanying Memorandum, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

1. Defendants' unopposed motion (Doc. 39) for summary judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56 is GRANTED.
2. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment in favor of defendants W. McCusker and N.A. Anna and against plaintiff Jamey McKee as to all remaining Section 1983 First Amendment retaliation claims.
3. The Clerk of Court is further directed to CLOSE this case.
