Action to foreclose two mechanic's liens on certain real property, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven and tried to the court, Hodgson, J.; judgment in part for the plaintiffs, from which the plaintiffs appealed and the defendant Union Trust Company cross appealed to this court. Affirmed.
