APPEAL FROM THE FIRST CIRCUIT COURT (CIV. NO. 01-1-2158)

Henry Keoua:McKeague for petitioner-plaintiff-appellant on the request

ORDER

Upon consideration of Plaintiff-Appellant Henry K. McKeague's notice requesting a temporary restraining order against the 9/29/03 court order dismissing the affidavit for appeal of 7/24/03 to address crucial rebuttable court misgivings and the records and files herein, it appears that this appeal was dismissed on September 29, 2003 because Appellant failed to pay the filing fee, and Appellant presents nothing new that warrants reconsideration of the dismissal. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the notice requesting a temporary restraining order against the 9/29/03 court order dismissing the affidavit for appeal of 7/24/03 to address crucial rebuttable court misgivings is denied.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the supreme court clerk's office shall accept no further filings in this closed case.
