Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to August 19, 2013, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for reconsideration of motion for permission to proceed as a poor person is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to accept record in unbound format and without stipulation and for further relief is denied, without costs.
