DIVORCE, § 127modification of award of children's custody. In proceedings by divorced mother, since remarried, for modification. of divorce decree by giving her custody of two minor children, custody of whom was awarded to father upon mother's request because of her necessitous circumstances at time of divorce, evidence warranted modification of decree by awarding custody of one child to each parent.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Williamson county; the Hon. LOYD M. BRADLEY, Judge, presiding.

Decree affirmed. Heard in this court at the October term, 1948.
