ENTRY ADOPTING THE MAGISTRATE JUDGE'S REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION

Plaintiff, Myrtle McIntosh, brought suit against Defendant, Carolyn Colvin, acting Commissioner of Social Security, for review of her denial of social security benefits. The court referred the matter to the Magistrate Judge, who issued her report and recommendation. The Magistrate Judge concluded that the ALJ erred in making his credibility determination and his RFC determination. Neither party objects. After review, the court ADOPTS the report and recommendation (Filing No. 28) and REMANDS the case for further consideration consistent with the Magistrate Judge's report and recommendation. SO ORDERED this 2nd day of March 2015.
