On February 22, 2022, respondent filed a motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner shall show cause in writing, why respondent's motion to dismiss should not be granted, on or before March 18, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that this case is set for hearing on respondent's motion to dismiss, at the Court's May 16, 2022, Helena, Montana trial session to be held remotely beginning at 10:00 AM (MT). It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve upon the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding containing comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote hearing.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
