This case was calendared for trial at the the Court's December 13, 2021, Jacksonville, Florida remote trial session.

This case was called at the Court's December 13, 2021, Jacksonville, Florida remote trial session. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared before the Court and was heard. At that time respondent orally moved to continue the case and requested additional time to file decision documents. After due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcripts of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's oral motion for continuance is granted and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further
