On June 29, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Status Report in Docket Nos. 25461-16, 22725-17, 11882-18, 15581-18, which are consolidated for trial, briefing, and opinion. In that status report, the parties informed the Court that a Petition was filed in Docket No. 5689-23 addressing issues substantially similar to those in the pending consolidated cases. Additionally, the parties expressed their intent to file a Joint Motion for Consolidation asking the Court to add this case to the current group of consolidated cases. To eliminate the need for filing such motion, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the case at Docket No. 5689-23 is consolidated with previously consolidated Docket Nos. 25461-16, 22725-17, 11882-18, and 15581-18 for purposes of trial, briefing, and opinion.
