ORDER


The Court having reviewed thoroughly the parties' correspondence regarding Plaintiffs' request for disclosure of certain probationary officer records, it is hereby

ORDERED that defendants City of New York and New York City Department of Correction ("Municipal Defendants") shall by January 25, 2002, provide Plaintiff's counsel with the personnel and disciplinary records of those probationary officers who served at GRVC on Rikers Island at any time between July of 1997 and March of 1999 who were disciplined for infraction(s) but not terminated, insofar as those records relate to complaints, infractions and/or disciplinary measures.

Alternatively, Municipal Defendants shall permit Plaintiff to inspect by such date and copy such personnel and disciplinary records of all such probationary officers. The Confidentiality Order entered October 12, 2000, shall apply to disclosure pursuant to this order. Discovery (fact and expert) relating to this issue shall be completed by February 28, 2002. All dispositive motions shall be served and filed by March 29, 2002. The final pre-trial conference is adjourned to July 26, 2002, at 2:00 p.m., and the related deadlines are modified accordingly.
