THIS MATTER having been brought before the Court by defendant Ingenium Technologies Corporation ("Ingenium"), on application for the entry of an Order pursuant to Local Civil Rule 1.3(c) granting the admission pro hac vice of Glenn A. Clark, member of the bar of the State of New Jersey, to represent Ingenium in this action; and plaintiff having consented to such admissionpro hac vice; and the Court having considered the papers submitted in connection with this motion; and for good cause shown,
IT IS on this 8th day of April, 2005,
ORDERED that
1. Glenn A. Clark be and hereby is admitted pro hac vice for the purpose of representing Ingenium in this action;
2. Glenn A. Clark shall abide by the provisions of the Judicial Code (Title 28, U.S.C.), which pertain to the jurisdiction of and practice in the United States District Courts, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Federal Rules of Evidence, the Local Rules of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the New York State Lawyer's Code of Professional Responsibility as adopted from time to time by the Appellate Divisions of the State of New York;
3. Glenn A. Clark shall notify the Court immediately of any matter affecting his standing at the bar of any other Court;
4. noncompliance with any of these requirements shall constitute grounds for removal;
5. Glenn A. Clark is permitted to appear in this Court in this action without being accompanied by a member of the bar of this Court;
6. Glenn A. Clark is permitted in this action to sign and file pleadings, notices and other court documents without such pleadings, notices and other court documents being signed by a member of the bar of this Court;
7. a copy of this Order is to be served on all counsel within5 days of the date hereof.
