Present — Cunningham, Taylor, Dowling, Harris and McCurn, JJ.


Judgment of Monroe County Court and judgment of Rochester City Court reversed on the law with costs, and complaint dismissed with costs in all courts, on the ground that plaintiff failed to prove a cause of action. (See Lawrence v. Packard Motor Car Co., 287 N.Y. 757.) All concur. (The judgment affirms a judgment of the Rochester City Court in favor of plaintiff in an action for breach of contract.
