On June 20, 2023, docket entry 13, respondent filed a Status Report which indicates that respondent sent a decision document to petitioners but has not yet received the signed decision back and requests thirty (30) days to receive the signed decision from the petitioners. Further, respondent indicates that if the decision is not received within thirty (30) days, respondent will file the necessary motion to resolve this case.
After due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before July 31, 2023, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a Joint Status Report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
