ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the motion for reargument is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for reargument is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and to have the appeal heard on the original Board file is denied, without costs, as academic.
