TIMOTHY SEAN MCGOUGH, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On December 27, 2022, a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel was filed, seeking the withdrawal of attorney Carli J. Aelker as petitioner's counsel. By Order served December 28, 2022, the Court directed the filing of a supplement to that motion. Due to an inadvertent clerical error, it appears that the Court's Order was twice filed in the record (Docs. 13 and 14). On January 25, 2023, petitioner's counsel filed a First Supplement to the Court's Order served December 28, 2022.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Court's duplicative Order, filed December 28, 2022, at Doc. 14, is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the above-referenced supplement is recharacterized as a First Supplement to Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. It is further

ORDERED that the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, as supplemented, is granted and Carli J. Aelker is withdrawn as petitioner's counsel in this case.
