March 2, 1990.


It is ordered (1) that the judgment and the present decision of the medical malpractice tribunal in favor of the defendant are vacated, and (2) that said decision is replaced by a new decision to the effect that the plaintiff's offer of proof as to the defendant is sufficient to raise a legitimate question of liability appropriate for judicial inquiry.
