The clerk's records were due to be filed in this court on July 6, 2020. After the due date, the Kendall County District Clerk filed a notification of late record citing COVID-19 pandemic effects on her office and requested an extension of time to file the record until August 7, 2020.
The request is GRANTED. The clerk's records are due on August 7, 2020. See TEX. R. APP. P. 35.3(c).
