This case was scheduled to be tried at the Court's January 25, 2021, Washington, D.C., remote trial session. By Order served on January 14, 2021, the Court granted respondent's Motion for Continuance of Trial, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction. On June 23, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 28) informing the Court that the parties are awaiting the receipt of petitioner's late filed 2016 Form 1120 to be reflected in respondent's records, at which time the parties intend to execute a decision document resolving the case. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before August 20, 2021, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
