ORDER

KATHLEEN KERRIGAN CHIEF JUDGE.

On October 4, 2021, petitioner filed a petition at Docket No. 25152-21L, seeking review of his 2006, 2007, 2010, 2011, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 tax years. Docket No. 25152-21L is calendared for trial at the Court's trial session scheduled to commence on May 6, 2024, in New Orleans, Louisiana. On April 8, 2024, petitioner filed a Motion for Continuance at Docket No. 25152-21L.

On April 5, 2024, petitioner electronically filed the Motion to Continue at Docket No. 5482-24, as a petition.

Upon due consideration of the records at Docket Nos. 25152-21L and 5482-24, it appearing that the cases are duplicative, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, the case at Docket No. 5482-24 is closed on the ground of duplication with Docket No. 25152-21L.

Petitioner is reminded that any future filings related to his 2006, 2007, 2010, 2011, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 tax years should be filed in Docket No. 25152-21L.
