ORDER

On February 7, 2024, appellant, McGill Financial Ltd. filed a notice of interlocutory appeal from the trial court's February 2, 2024 temporary injunction order. On August 15, 2024, Brice B. Beale of Hoover Slovacek LLP filed a "Motion to Withdraw and Substitute Counsel" on behalf of appellant. The motion requests that appellant's current counsel, Dylan B. Russell of Sorrels Law be permitted to withdraw and that Beale be substituted as counsel for appellant. The motion states that appellant "has consented to th[e] motion and [chose] to now be represented by" Beale.

The motion to withdraw and substitute counsel on behalf of appellant is granted. The Clerk of this Court is directed to note the withdrawal of Dylan B. Russell of Sorrels Law as counsel for appellant and the substitution of Brice B. Beale of Hoover Slovacek LLP as counsel for appellant on the Court's docket.
