ORDER

Adam B. Landy, Special Trial Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the October 30, 2023, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Trial Session of the Court.

On June 14, 2023, Mr. McGhee contacted the Court, by telephone, stating that it is his belief that the parties have reached a basis for settlement in this case on all issues for tax year 2020.

Upon due consideration of Mr. McGhee's oral statements to the Court, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 31, 2023, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or status report (preferably a joint report) to inform the Court of the then-present status of the case.
