ORDER

By Order dated July 25, 2022, the Court directed petitioner Fabienne McGeever to file a ratification of petition bearing petitioner's original signature. No ratification of petition was received. However, on August 12, 2022, Fabienne McGeever and Thomas Dennis McGeever filed a Letter Dated June 23, 2022, that was signed by both petitioners. Furthermore, on October 4, 2022, Fabienne McGeever and Thomas Dennis McGeever filed a Letter Dated September 29, 2022, that also was signed by both petitioners. Accordingly, petitioners' intention to file and prosecute this case in this forum has been adequately verified.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the petition, filed June 28, 2022, is deemed to have been ratified and affirmed by petitioners.
