The time for filing objections has expired and no objections have been made. The Court accepts the findings and recommendations of the United States Magistrate Judge. /// /// /// ///

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Motion for Attorney's Fees is GRANTED in the amount of $65,137.63. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's counsel shall refund to Plaintiff the $8,860.96 in EAJA fees that already have been awarded. DATED: 11/9/19
