JUDGMENT OF DISMISSAL

Pursuant to the August 25 order dismissing this action for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction, a judgment of dismissal is hereby ENTERED.

IT IS SO ORDERED.

ORDER DISMISSING CASE FOR LACK OF SUBJECT-MATTER JURISDICTION

In an order dated July 14, the parties were ordered to show cause as to why this case should not be dismissed for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction. The Court has reviewed plaintiffs response (none was received from defendant) and is of the opinion that there is no basis for subject-matter jurisdiction. Federal district courts lack jurisdiction to review the final determinations of state courts in judicial proceedings, even if federal constitutional rights are implicated. See Doe Assocs. Law Offices v. Napolitano 252, F.3d 1026, 1029 (9th Cir. 2001). Plaintiffs allegations of conspiracy likewise fail to provide a basis for federal jurisdiction. Accordingly, the instant action is hereby DISMISSED for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction. The Clerk shall close the file.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
