Appeal from a judgment of Supreme Court, Niagara County (Lane, J.), entered December 3, 2001, which dismissed the complaint against defendant Tops Markets, Inc., doing business as Wilson Farms Neighborhood Food Stores, upon a jury verdict of no cause of action.
