AND NOW, this 22 day of January, 2015, the Court's Order dated July 22, 2013, in the above-captioned matter is MODIFIED as follows:
AND NOW, this 22 day of July, 2013, the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lawrence County dated February 6, 2012, in the above-captioned matter is hereby REVERSED, and this matter is REMANDED to the Court of Common Pleas of Lawrence County for further proceedings on any issues raised by Appellants at trial that were not ruled upon, and to calculate any damages to which Appellants are entitled should they ultimately prevail.
