On November 3, 2021, the Court ordered (1) a document subpoena hearing set for November 17, 2021 and (2) that "no later than November 15, 2021, respondent shall file a status report advising the Court whether the third party has complied with the subpoena and a hearing is no longer necessary. Respondent filed a status report on November 15, 2021 informing the Court that SouthState Bank f/k/a CenterState Bank has complied with the sobpoena issued by respondent and that the Subpoena Hearing is no longer necessary.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that this case is hereby stricken from the Special Hearing Session of the Court scheduled to begin at 1:00pm EST on Wednesday, November 17, 2021.
