Appellant having moved for leave to take an appeal from an order of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on May 29, 2014, for permission to proceed as a poor person, for assignment of counsel, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Reginald G. McFadden sworn to June 5, 2014, and June 10, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motions are denied.
