Action to recover commissions on compensation and public liability insurance placed by plaintiff with defendant. Order dismissing plaintiff's first cause of action insofar as appealed from unanimously affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements, with leave to defendant to answer within ten days from the entry of the order hereon. No opinion.
