On December 20, 2021, the parties filed a Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision. Upon review of the proposed decision, the Court notes that the document filed as a proposed stipulated decision includes additional pages that are not part of the proposed stipulated decision.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed December 20, 2021, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 13, 2022, the parties shall either (1) submit stipulated decision documents so this case may be concluded or (2) file status reports as to the then present status of this case.
