ALLAN MCDOWELL, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 203rd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause Nos. F11-59851-P & F11-61628-P

ORDER

Before the Court is the State's September 22, 2017 motion to supplement the clerk's record. In the motion, the State contends the clerk's record in appellate cause number 05-17-00431-CR (trial court cause #F11-59851-P) is incomplete because it does not contain (1) the CATS evaluation, (2) the PSI report, and (3) the original, file-stamped letter designated as the State's exhibit 2. We GRANT the motion to the extent we order that the district clerk file, within TEN DAYS of the date of this order, a supplemental clerk's record containing a copy of the CATS evaluation and the PSI report. We DENY the motion to the extent it requests the original, file-stamped letter designated as the State's exhibit 2 be filed. See TEX. R. APP. P. 34.5(a) (noting that clerk's record must contain "copies" of certain documents).
