ORDER

Allan McDowell was convicted of two counts of robbery on May 4, 2012. He perfected his appeals by filing a timely notice of appeal for both convictions in the trial court on May 16, 2012. See TEX. R. APP. P. 25.2(b). We were notified of his appeals on April 26, 2017.

We ORDER the trial court to appoint counsel to represent appellant on this appeal. We further ORDER the trial court to send this Court a copy of the order appointing new counsel within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order.

We ORDER the clerk's records and the reporter's record in these appeals filed within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Teresa Hawthorne, Presiding Judge, 203rd Judicial District Court; to Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk; Lisabeth Kellett, court reporter, 203rd Judicial District Court; and to the Dallas County District Attorney's Office.
