This case is currently calendared for trial at the Tallahassee, Florida Session of the Court commencing on January 29, 2024; the trial session is to be conducted in Tampa, Florida. On January 5, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. By Order served on the parties on January 9, 2024, the Court ordered petitioner to show cause in writing, on or before January 22, 2024, why this case should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution. On January 22, 2024, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision that resolves all issues in this case. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause, served on the parties on January 9, 2024, is discharged. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed January 5, 2024, is denied as moot.
