We REINSTATE this appeal.

After granting appointed counsel's motion to withdraw, we abated this appeal to allow the trial court to appoint new counsel. By letter dated May 21, 2018, Michael Mowla informed the Court that he has been appointed to represent appellant. We DIRECT the Clerk to list Michael Mowla as appointed counsel in this appeal.

Appellant's brief is DUE thirty days from the date of this order.
