Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 6, 2023, respondent shall file an additional supplement to his above-referenced Response and shall provide therein an update as to the then-present status of this case as it relates to petitioner's Motion to Restrain Assessment or Collection or to Order Refund of Amount Collected, filed April 27, 2022.
