In an action to recover damages for libel, appellant moved to dismiss the complaint for insufficiency on the ground that the article was not libelous per se and that there was no allegation of special damage. Order denying motion to dismiss complaint affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Johnston, Acting P.J., Adel, Sneed, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
