These cases are calendared for trial at the Court's March 20, 2023, Seattle, Washington, trial session.

On January 19, 2023, petitioners filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. On January 19, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, along with a declaration. Pursuant to a teleconference with the parties on January 24, 2023, the Court will continue these cases and retain jurisdiction. Therefore, it is

ORDERED that on or before March 27, 2023, respondent shall file with the Court and serve on petitioners a written response to petitioners' Motion for Summary Judgment. It is further

ORDERED that on or before March 27, 2023, petitioners shall file with the Court and serve on respondent a written response to respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. It is further

ORDERED that these cases are stricken for trial from the above-referenced trial session. It is further

ORDERED that these cases are continued, and the undersigned retains jurisdiction.
