ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

On March 30, 2023, a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel (motion to withdraw) was filed by Arthur W. Petersen III, counsel for respondent in this case. That motion represents that Kim-Khanh Thi Nguyen will remain as counsel for respondent in this proceeding. However, Kim-Khanh Thi Nguyen has never properly entered an appearance in this case, as no sufficient signature was reflected on the Answer filed in this case.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 14, 2023, Kim-Khanh Thi Nguyen shall file a proper Entry of Appearance in this case. The Court will hold the motion to withdraw pending the filing of that Entry of Appearance.
