PRESENT:

Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Court of Claims, entered April 1, 2019,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a brief, and the time is extended to September 10, 2020, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeal is removed from the Court's day calendar for September 14, 2020, and is added to the Court's day calendar for October 28, 2020.
