McDaniel v. Benjamin

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Dec 10, 1970
241 So. 2d 711 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1970)

Opinion

Nos. M-456, M-457.

December 10, 1970.

Appeals from the Circuit Court for Duval County; Martin Sack, Judge.

MacLean, Baxter Brooke, Jacksonville, for appellant.

Howell, Kirby, Montgomery D'Aiuto, Jacksonville, for appellees.

Appellant seeks reversal of a final judgment pursuant to a jury verdict and an order denying appellant's motion to set aside the verdict and grant a new trial as to damages only.

Our examination of the record and consideration of the briefs and oral arguments submitted by the parties indicates that no reversible error was committed in arriving at the judgment or order appealed.

Affirmed.

JOHNSON, Chief Judge, and WIGGINTON and RAWLS, JJ., concur.
