Disposition: Michael McDade's pro se response to the show-cause notice issued for failure to file a timely notice of appeal is well taken. This appeal shall be allowed to proceed as timely filed. The Lauderdale County Circuit Clerk shall supplement the appellate record within thirty days of the entry of this order with McDade's guilty-plea hearing transcript, criminal docket, plea petition, sentencing order, and any other materials from the underlying criminal cause that were reviewed by the circuit court in denying McDade's post-conviction relief motion. McDade's appellant's brief shall be due within forty days of the filing of the supplemental record. Order entered.
