Pro Se Petition for Writ of Mandamus [Circuit Court of Craighead County, Western District, Cr 2004-820], Petition Moot.


On December 15, 2005, Walter McCullough filed a pro se petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable Victor Hill, Circuit Judge, had failed to act in a timely manner on a motion for preliminary order filed on October 12, 2005, in the Circuit Court of Craighead County, Western District. On March 17, 2006, the court entered an order disposing of the motion. As the court has acted in the matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot. Petition moot.
