On January 9, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion for Leave to File Under Seal Exhibit 2 to Petitioner's Opposition to Respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction in Order to Comply with Tax Court Rule 345 (Doc. 13) and lodged the accompanying Exhibit 2 to Petitioner's Opposition to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction (Doc. 14).

On February 10, 2023, this case was assigned to the undersigned judge. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before March 3, 2023, respondent shall file a response to petitioner's Motion for Leave to File Under Seal Exhibit 2 to Petitioner's Opposition to Respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction in Order to Comply with Tax Court Rule 345.
