DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION (Claim No. 126213.)

Motion for extension of time to serve notice of appeal, extension of time to perfect appeal and to consolidate.

Motion for permission to proceed as a poor person on appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to serve the notice of appeal is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal upon a showing that such notice of appeal was timely filed with the Clerk of the Court of Claims, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal and for consolidation is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal upon obtaining an extension of time to serve the notice of appeal, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal upon obtaining an extension of time to perfect the appeal.
